These technologies may someday make their way into medicine and EMR technology. In any case it's just cool stuff.
Dr. Mundi, Dr. Laidlaw, and Dr. Lee would like to welcome you the Endocrine Journal Club.

Copy to Clipboard added to PE tool
Physical Exam Tool v 0.1
A button has been added right on the page to make it easy to send the text of your newly created physical exam to the system clipboard. Then just paste it anywhere. Beats typing the full exam.
Of course if you're using traditional dictation, it doesn't matter. But if you need to type or even if you are using say Dragon Software for dictation, documenting an exam can be tedious, so this makes it easy.

EMR Physical Exam tool (v. <0.1)
This tool is in its early stages, but may hopefully save you some time documenting a physical exam. There are a series of drop down boxes that can be edited. Hit Submit and your exam is available in text format, ready to be copied into another program.
It's easy. Give it a try. Let me know how it works.
PE version < 0.1
(Only Endocrinologists can truly appreciate a version being <0.1.)

Medical Technology
One of the subjects that has become very important is the use of medical technology. As clinicians, we are inundated with information. We need to find a better way to archive and interpret information.
There are some free software that has helped.
I would like to first introduce:
