Finally, someone is addressing the real problems in medicine right now. Everything we do should be based on
clinical judgement. Now it's a dirty word. Down with flowcharts, guidelines, evidenced based non-sense, public health data miners, physician "extenders", doctor-nurses and bean counters! (And by the way down with electronic medical records until that software technology is at least 50% as good as my iPhone's!!!)
